Cancellation Policy

By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to the following cancellation terms.

1. Accepted Cancellation Methods

All cancellations must be submitted using one of the following methods only:

• Email to our official support email listed on this website

• A support ticket opened in our official Discord server: discord.gg/looxleaks

No other method is valid.
This includes, but is not limited to:

• Account inactivity

• Direct messages to staff or moderators

• Social media messages

• Chargebacks or payment disputes

Only cancellations submitted via email or an official Discord support ticket are recognized.

2. Cancellation Deadline

Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged.

Requests submitted after a renewal has already processed apply to the next billing cycle only.

3. No Retroactive Cancellations

We do not cancel subscriptions retroactively.
Once a billing cycle has started, the charge is final.

4. No Refunds After Billing

All payments are non-refundable once billed, including:

• Subscription renewals

• Digital access or memberships

• Trial conversions

Failure to cancel on time, forgetting to cancel, or not using the service does not qualify for a refund.

5. Trial Terms

Any free or discounted trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled via email or Discord ticket before the trial end date.

Canceling after the trial converts does not reverse the charge.

6. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

• Track billing dates

• Ensure the cancellation request is sent correctly

• Confirm the request was submitted on time

Lack of confirmation or assumption of cancellation does not invalidate charges.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or dispute instead of following the cancellation process violates this policy.

Disputes submitted despite compliance with these terms may result in account termination without refund.
